Tub Slider and Shower Slider Systems

The Nuprodx flagship series is the lineup of tub and shower sliders, highlighted by the MC6000 and the MC6000RS, both of which include the patented Nuprodx bridge. These slider systems are built around the idea of a shower chair / shower wheelchair, yet they provide much more, as they serve as a commode chair, tub slider system including shower chair, and in-home mobility chair. Requiring just one bedside transfer, tub and shower sliders eliminate the need for transfers onto toilets and into tubs and showers in the dangerous bathroom environment.

Tub Slider chairs slide easily over and across tub walls without a manual transfer. Similarly, Shower Slider chairs slide over and across step-in shower lips without a manual transfer. For both tubs and showers, the patented connector bridge can be removed after the user is positioned and ready for showering, allowing curtains and doors to be closed for privacy.

Tub Slider models include the best selling MC6000, as well as others like the MC6000TX, designed for travel, and the MC6000Tilt, designed for users seeking more head support and tilt comfort. Rolling Shower Chairs

For those with barrier-free showers, the 4000 series of rolling shower chairs is a perfect solution. The 4000 series models require just one bedside lateral transfer, eliminating the need for transfers onto commodes / toilets and into tubs in the dangerous bathroom environment.

Self-propel Rolling Shower Chairs

For more independent users, models such as the MC4020RX allow for users to self-propel. In fact, the MC4020RX can back right over the commode, with front-mounted wheels that provide back clearance for larger toilet tanks. From the toilet, the chair can be directly self-propelled into a barrier free shower without an additional transfer.

Caster-wheel Rolling Shower Chairs

For those needing care-giver assistance, the lineup offers other wheeled solutions such as the MC4000. This model can be backed over a commode and rolled right into a barrier-free shower. 4000 series models include locking cantilever arms that swing up to ease transfers and caster wheels that can be locked into place. Specific models offer more weight capacity or tilting capability to meet virtually any customer need.

Stationary Chairs
